Inspection Process & Reports

We provide: 

  • Routine Inspections – Regular property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained.
  • Property Condition Reports (PCR) & Final Bond Inspections – A full report on the property's condition before or after a tenancy.
  • Inventory Reports – Documentation of furniture and appliances in furnished properties.
  • Photos Only Reports – High-resolution photographic evidence for landlords and agencies.
  • Home Opens – Professional representation and management of open home events.
  • Pre-Purchase Inspections - A comprehensive visual condition report of the property, including imagery and/or video. Ideal for interstate and international investors unable to attend property viewings prior to purchase. This helps buyers make informed decisions without physically visiting the property.
  • Pre-Settlement Inspections - Conducted before settlement to ensure the property is in the same condition as when the offer was made. We check:
  • The condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and fittings.
  • That all water, gas, and electrical systems are in good working order.
  • Notes on any suggested improvements (e.g., repainting, carpeting) to enhance value for investors or future tenants.

Please note: These are not Building & Pest Inspections. We focus on visual assessments and property condition reports.

Scheduling & Availability
